Dr Manrakhan Lal Sahu Government College, Jamul Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

Our library has a small collection of textbooks of different classes reaching up to 1300+ approximately. Library membership is compulsory for all students.

On the occasion of National Sports Day, a quiz and speech competition was organized at Dr. Manrakhanlal Sahu Government College Jamul on the birth anniversary of Hockey Magician Major Dhyanchand. In this program, the Principal of the college, Dr. Chandana Bose, while addressing the students, highlighted the importance of sports in life and the benefits of them and encouraged them to adopt sports as a career. After this, the students expressed their views in the speech competition in which Vaishali Verma, a student of BSc first year, got first place, and Shafiq Ali, a student of BA first year, got first place in the quiz competition. In this program, the professors of the college, Dr. R.K. Mishra, Dr. Shashi Kashyap, Dr. Bhavana Mahule, Mr. Gajendra Kashyap, Dr. Sanjay Parganiha, Mr. Balraj Tamrakar, Ms. Vinita Parganiha, Bhuvaneshwar Behera, Damini Tiwari and a large number of students were present. The program was successfully conducted by the In-charge Insect Officer, Dr. Ramesh Kumar Meshram.
