Dr S Radhakrishnan Teachers Training College, a co educational institution started in the year 2010 is situated at Ramgarh, Jharkhand. This affiliated college located in a small area of 0.89 acre of land is a teacher training institution. Recognised by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) and recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), the college provides two professional teaching programmes. Having 194 students at the moment and 31 members of the faculty, the institute remains relatively small. The dean’s devotion towards a quality college is quite evident with the focused curriculum that the college presents, which majors only in two areas of education degree.

Dr S Radhakrishnan Teachers Training College prides itself with several establishments that are intended to compliment the learning process of students. A spacious library has more than 4000 books and is an important resource for learning. Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Teachers Training College is delivering two full time courses in education at a time that address the need of teacher training at various stages. Currently, the institute offers the B.Ed programme and the D.El.Ed as its academic programmes. They both takes two years, and their aims is to prepare the students to have sufficient knowledge and skills in teaching careers.
