Dr VR Godhania College of Engineering and Technology (DRVRGCET), established in 2017, is a premier institute of Porbandar, Gujarat. It is an affiliated college with approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offers a variety of programmes in engineering and management. Situated in a vast 3.6-acre campus, DRVRGCET boasts a total student enrolment of 220 and faculty strength of 32. It offers various heterogeneous courses, with 3 programmes also having a degree course and 8 different integrated courses for students of engineering and management.

DRVRGCET offers full-time programme profiles at a variety of educational levels. The entire range of programmes further continues with a number of B.Tech courses in civil, mechanical, computer, and chemical engineering. This is followed by a programme for the studies of a Master's in Business Administration (MBA). In addition to all those, DRVRGCET also has programmes in diploma in civil engineering, computer engineering, and mechanical engineering.

 DRVRGCET mainly selects students on a merit basis. For the B.Tech programmes that the college is going to offer, it is going to accept only the Gujarat Common Entrance Test, called GUJCET, which is a state-level examination for all aspirants in engineering. As for the incoming MBA students, the entry point will be their Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) scores. The college will strictly observe the results coming from the entrance exams, along with the rest, which includes the academic performances of the student, under the guidelines of concerned authorities.
