Dr. Yadubir Sinha Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Darbhanga established in 1929. This affiliated college is approved by Central Council of Homeopathy, CCH. The campus is spread over 3 acres, and it has a faculty strength of 34 dedicated professionals. The college offers only one degree course: Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery with an annual enrolment of 44 students. 

There are adequate facilities for an all-around experience in learning. The on-campus hospital and college medical facility provide ample and rich clinical experience, which is an integral part of the syllabus prescribed by CCH. Practical experience is gained by attending the Outpatient Department (OPD) and Inpatient Department (IPD), all under the supervision of qualified and experienced faculty. This institution has a well-equipped library collection containing a high volume of homeopathy and related subject books, in addition to journals and newspapers in different languages. The campus also provides other facilities for the students which include a modern IT infrastructure, an auditorium for providing them with seminars and conferences, adequate banking facilities for the students and staffs through a branch of the Central Bank of India and an ATM facility on its campus.

Dr. Yadubir Sinha Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, offered a flagship program, Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery. This is a six-year full-time course including one year of compulsory rotatory internship. The course would provide a sound foundation in homeopathic principles and practices, to be complemented with clinical experience for the student. 

 Admission to the BHMS course at Dr. Yadubir Sinha's Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital is based on NEET, which is conducted at the national level under the guidance of Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. Eligibility to apply for the BHMS course is based on passing NEET. Following government guidelines, the college pays heed on guidelines presented by Central Council of Homeopathy to secure just and standards selection procedure.
