Dr Yadubir Sinha Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Darbhanga Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College has the prime objective of Homoeopathic teaching and is the essential component of the syllabus prescribed by the Central Council of Homoeopathy. It comprises a 12-month duration with both theoretical and practical teaching according to C.C.H. regulations. Students will be required to attend the OPD and IPD of our Hospital during their 2nd, 3rd, and 4th BHMS classes. Clinical training is provided under the expert guidance of the teaching faculty.

The College has a big library with various types of books, including Homoeopathy and Allied subjects (Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, Surgery, etc.), and soon. The library is solely for the use of college students, Teachers, and staff. All the books have been categorized in a few ways. Besides books, plays, magazines, Journals, and Newspapers are available in abundance in Hindi, English, Urdu, and Bengali languages. There is a spacious separate library office for the Boys' reading room and the girls’ reading room attached to the bathroom.

The College also has arrangements for indoor and outdoor games. Outdoor games like cricket, volleyball, Badminton, Football & indoor games like Carom Board, Chess, and  Table Tennis etc are played by students.

The College conducts different types of seminars & conferences from time to time. These are presided over by the renewed & reputed personalities of the locality, it is obligatory for the students to attend all the seminars organized from time to time.

The College has a Central Bank of India Branch, Laheriasarai, which is on the college campus on the left side, and Central Bank of India. ATM is on the Right side.

The College has a Separate Building for the Hostel, which is situated on the college campus. Separate Hostel for Boys and Girls. All accommodations are provided in the Hostel, such as a good security arrangement, water cooler, etc. Students will have to apply for the Hostel Seats in the prescribed application form available for payment. Strict disciplines are to be maintained in the Hostel. The hostel is under the charge of a duly authorized person for the purpose with a view to keeping vigilance for all-around maintenance of discipline. Hostel rules are to be maintained by all Hostel Students.
