DS Maa Malti Devi Mahavidyalaya, Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, is one such affiliated college enlightening young minds since its inception in 2013. It is located in the silent village of Leopard, spread over 5 acres, providing an apt environment for learning and growth. This is a co-educational institution; it is also recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education and offers a D.El.Ed course. There are 1,014 students on the college campus, and 17 teachers ensure that the student-to-teacher ratio is conducive to personal attention and quality learning. 

DS Maa Malti Devi Mahavidyalaya has several facilities that would enrich the learning environment. At the centre of this, there will be a well-stocked library with a reading room for the students to get access to a mixed bag of knowledge in most subjects. In order to make the teaching more practical, there are well-equipped laboratories also available within the institution, which will be of great assistance in conducting the experimental subjects. Degree wise Admission Process

D. El. Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education): This is the main course being offered by DS Maa Malti Devi Mahavidyalaya related to the D.El.Ed program. The two-year diploma course has an annual intake of around 50 students. The D.El.Ed admission process is entirely merit-based and based on the marks obtained by an applicant in the qualifying examination. However, all other methods shall be applied as per the policy of the state government, U.T. Administration, and the concerned affiliated university; where entrance examination scores may be additionally permitted.

Eligibility criteria for D.El.Ed:

  1. Candidates should clear their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
