Dumkal Polytechnic, Basantapur College, was established in the year 2002. It is a reputed technical institute in Murshidabad, West Bengal. This is a co-educational institute that offers diploma courses in various engineering disciplines at the undergraduate level on this 5-acre campus. Dumkal Polytechnic, Basantapur, being approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, has gained certain significant grounds in the field of technical education.
