Faculty of Law, Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara began as Baroda College in 1881, and became a university in 1949. The university has received accreditation of Grade ‘A’ by NAAC. Faculty of Law MSU Vadodara offers admission in the courses of BA LLB (H), LLB, PG Diploma, LLM and Ph.D Law. The admissions in these courses depend on merit as well as applicant’s score in Entrance exam/Ph.D Entrance Test (PET), conducted by Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara.
It also accepts entrance scores of various national level exams of UGC-CSIR, NET, SET, GATE, GPAT, DBT, ICMR and JRF. The college will shortlist applicants on the basis of these entrance scores as well as overall academic merit performance throughout the applicant’s education. The institute aims to provide competent knowledge in the faculty of Law and its allied subjects. Yes it has necessary infrastructure facilities and equipments. Clean classrooms with enough space, big Library with n number of books to choose from. The hostel is also great and affordable. The living spaces are clean and absolutely food hygienic.
