The Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), at Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur started in 1982 is one of the frontline Management Schools in the country. An autonomous college affiliated to Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, Rajasthan, this college offers different programmes in management. The campus occupies 0 acres, thus, offers smaller but effective area for learning. FMS Udaipur is one of the reputed institutions for management education consisting of four different MBA specialisations. Currently, the faculty of the institute has four members; hence students are offered individual attention. Currently the college hosts both male and female students thereby enhancing the gender dossier.

Faculty of Management Studies has numerous infrastructural facilities to facilitate their academic activities and they are up to date. The entire campus has internet throughout the campus and this makes it easy for the students as well as the faculty. The business school has one of the best libraries in Rajasthan with more than 15,000 books on different management streams, 40 journals and periodicals. Students also have access to the central library of the university which consists more than 110000 books. The college possesses two seminar halls fully equipped for presentations, panel discussions and guest lectures. This facility is equipped with current hardware and software for the technological requirements of the learners in the computer lab. Accommodation FMS provides facilities for out of town students via Hostel Ramanujan Hostel for 40 Boy Students and Kamala Nehru Hostel for girl students.

FMS Udaipur provides a total of four different MBA programmes, out of which all are complete time programmes and each programme is developed to serve particular management domain. These are MBA, MBA in E-commerce, MBA in Financial Services Management and MBA in Tourism and Hotel Management. Each programme is a two year full time course, thus defining the institutes vision and mission of providing total management education.
