FIMS Kadapa offers admissions to various medical courses like MBBS and MD/MS courses at UG and PG levels respectively. MBBS is a 5.5 year-long UG course, while PG courses are extended up to 3 years after the completion of MBBS. FIMS Kadapa offers Masters in Science (MS) courses in different branches such as Dermatology, General Surgery, General Medicine, OBG, Pediatrics and Radiology.
