FIMS Kadapa library is fully equipped with more than 12000 books and around 3000 journals across various topics. It also has approx 300 CDs and DVs for student/faculty use. A free internet facility is provided in the library to enable technological use.  

The college has fully air-conditioned computer halls with more than 30 terminals, and internet facilities are available in the central library. Students can access the internet facility to download the latest journals and reference books for academic learning. Journals Rooms Fully air-conditioned, with the latest Foreign and Indian journals available in the central library.

The college campus consists of a state-of-the-art research laboratory for faculty and students. It comprises well-equipped modern equipment and tools to assist research. Users are motivated to maintain peace and avoid chaos in the labs. 

FIMS Kadapa hospital covers a large area of the campus. It not only provides first-aid facilities to the students but also treats people from the nearby region. The hospital has modern IT infrastructure and state-of-the-art instruments for patient treatment, made available 24/7 hours.

FIMS auditorium has a spacious and modern infrastructure with well-lit interiors and natural air. It provides modern audio-visual tools and equipment for daily/occasional college events, conferences and seminars. 

Fathima Institute of Medical Sciences Kadapa hostel facilities include comfortable rooms personally designed for the homely stay for the students. The boys hostel at the campus has 113 rooms and can accommodate 226 individuals at once. 

Girls hostel facility in the campus comprises 108 rooms that can accommodate 324 individuals at once. The rooms in the hostels include beds, cupboards, study tables, bathrooms, racks, and more. The hostels have separate mess areas for boys and girls. 

The college offers separate gym facilities for boys and girls. This promotes mental and physical well-being of the students equally. The students are encouraged to involve themselves in indoor and outdoor activities. 

Lecture halls in FIMS Kadapa enable students to sit comfortably in the hall and involve themselves in an engaging learning environment. This is made possible by hi-fi audio-visual aids, comfortable seating arrangements, and live projectors.
