GD Memorial Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Patna, came into existence in 2001. It is affiliated and the location of the college is at East RamKrishna Nagar, near New Bypass Kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar. The institution is recognised by the Central Council of Homeopathy for high-quality education. The faculty consists of 86 members who provide 8 courses with different strongholds on the field of homeopathy at the undergraduate and postgraduate degree levels. The college is committed to homeopathic education, it offers various courses in BHMS and MD in different specialisations.

The facilities provided by the college include separate hostels for boys and girls, which are highly disciplined with the teaching faculty taking matters into their hands. The library is well-equipped and caters to all the needs of students and staff alike. The infrastructural facilities also include sports facilities to foster physical fitness and recreation. The Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery [BHMS] is the flagship course of the institution, with an approved intake of 100 seats. The institution offers at the PG level 7 different specialisations with 6 seats each at the PG level, except for MD Paediatrics, which has 5 seats. All these postgraduate programs are MD in Organon of Medicine and Philosophy, Homoeopathic Materia Medica, Homoeopathic Repertory, Homeopathy Pharmacy, Practice of Medicine, Paediatrics, and Psychiatry.
