Global College of Engineering and Technology, Ropar was established in the year 2008. It is an affiliated college with a campus sprawling over 10 acres located in Punjab, India. It has been shaping the future of aspiring engineers for over a decade. College approved by AICTE is providing diverse engineering courses to 151 students who are enrolled here. It focuses on quality education in the college and keeps a commendable student-to-faculty ratio, of 17  dedicated educators.

Global College of Engineering and Technology is affiliated with IK Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKG PTU), Jalandhar. It has well-equipped laboratories that provide hands-on experiences in respective fields of study. Global College of Engineering and Technology library acts as a knowledge hub with a large collection of books, journals, and digital resources. For the sport-lovers, there are sports facilities and a modern gym within the campus to encourage active lifestyles. The modern IT infrastructure supports connectivity of the students and hence reflects access to the latest technology. The Global College of Engineering and Technology has three full-time B.Tech programmes that are four years long. The courses include: B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. The college admits 151 students on the three courses, offering a good number of opportunities for aspiring engineers.
