General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a three-year six-month full-time diploma program offered by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate seeking admission must:
Have passed the Pre-university examination (PUC of 2 years) or equivalent as recognized by Karnataka state diploma nursing education board with science/ commerce/ arts & other subjects.
Have obtained at least fifty percent (40%) of the total marks in the case of the General Category and 35% in the case of SC/ST.
Have completed 17 years on or before the 31st of October of the year of admission.
Be medically fit (should produce a medical fitness certificate from a recognized and licensed Physician).
