GNIT Girls Institute of Technology, Greater Noida is established in the year 2006 which is a fully women’s technical institute based at Knowledge Park-II, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This affiliated college is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. There are 1850 + students and faculty of 72 members who would provide the student- centered learning atmosphere. GNIT provides several courses at the B.Tech level, but the core ones are in Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering. Special attention is paid to these courses because there is a growing demand for people in these professions.

The institute has several amenities which are very unique. Some of these facilities are a girls’ hostel to help out of town students gain a safe and comfortable place to stay. It has a library which contains all book resources needed for academic purposes and is basically a quiet area for learning. It has a gym where the students of GNIT Girls Institute of Technology are able to maintain their health as they attend to their classes. They are a cafeteria within the institute in which healthy food is prepare and a place where one can interact with other students. There is a provision of an auditorium on the campus which helps conduct different programmes and events and adds to the culture of the campus. GNIT Girls Institute of Technology exhibits more focused programs in engineering disciplines at undergraduates level more often. Currently, the institute provides two main B.Tech courses: Department of Computer Science and Engineering and Department of electronics and Communication Engineering. All these offered programmes are regular, take four years and will prepare the students for today’s ever evolving technologies. The specialisation of B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering has an intake capacity of 120 students.
