Gourishankar Education Society's Satara College of Pharmacy, Dehgaon was established in the year 1999 in the famous city of Satara in Maharashtra. The affiliated college is a reputed one, having been granted approval by the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi, and is offering various programs in pharmaceutical education. The campus is spread over 10 acres and has a total intake capacity of 445 students, a faculty strength of 33, and three undergraduate degree programs with four courses in different themes of pharmacy education.

Gourishankar Education Society's Satara College of Pharmacy offers a wide range of courses in pharmacy. The institute offers four full-time programs: B.Pharma, D.Pharma, M.Pharma in Pharmaceutics, and M.Pharma in Quality Assurance Techniques. Out of these, the B.Pharma course has the largest intake of students, 100, while the D.Pharma course has an intake of 60 students. On the postgraduate level, both M.Pharma courses have an intake of 18 students each. This makes the institution one of those offering courses at the diploma and postgraduate levels in pharmaceutical education. The sanctioning of the total intake for all courses put together is 196. For B.Pharma aspirants, the result of the MHT CET 2024 examination was announced. Many courses' admissions are also done through the NEET UG Scores. The NEET UG 2024 exam result, for the reconducted MBBS course, is scheduled to be declared on June 30, 2024.
