Government College of Commerce and Business Administration, Sector 50, Chandigarh, began in the year 2006. This is a co-educational college set up on a 9.175 acre campus with the purpose of imparting quality education in commerce, business administration, and computer applications. The college, having an enrolment of 902 students and a faculty of 5.
Government College of Commerce and Business Administration has high-quality facilities that duly add the enrichment of the learning processes for the students. The college library, being the hub of any educational institution, possesses a stock of more than 5,000 documents, which deals with prescribed textbooks, reference books, and periodicals. It has 53 current periodicals and 15 newspapers to meet the various academic requirements of its students. Besides the library, the other facilities on this college campus are centrally air-conditioned, fully functional computer laboratories that enable the students to work on the latest technology for their coursework and research purposes.
The college offers four full-time courses out of which all are regular programmes. The various undergraduate programmes are three-year courses in BBA, B.Com, and BCA. The students who wish to pursue further advanced studies can undertake the two-year M. Com course available in the college.

Great infrastructure because the building was newly built. Ramps for disabled people, walking paths for blind people and classes taken in ground floor for disabled teachers were some of the infrastructure facilities provided by the college.
