Eligibility Criteria
The student who has passed the 10+2 examination or an equivalent course can get admission in the first year of a three-year degree course if he/she fulfils the eligibility conditions given below: -
1. An applicant must not be more than 23 years (25 years for girls) of age as of 1.7.2024 i.e. He should not have been born earlier than 1.7.2001 (1.7.1999 for girls). However, in the case of average candidates, the Vice-Chancellor may allow age relaxation up to six months. In the case of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes students’ relaxation in age up to three years is allowed as per rules.
2. a) The minimum pass percentage for admission in different faculties is given below. Percentage change is subject to any order of H.P. University.
