Laptops have been a necesity more than a requirement in todays life, its not just required for presentations but for projects as well.

PharmD students have to use a laptop with specific instuctions and limitations(mentioned by the college,if any).

Based on your rank you will not get any fee remission.

But some colleges give fee remission on the basis of caste or income of the family.
