TC is among those documents that are permanently submitted in the admitted college.

It is a transfer certificate which shows that you transferred from one institute to another.

I guess you should go to your college and get your certificate to be submitted to the college.

First of all you didnt mention your category so im assuming you as general. Al ameen is the best college for pharm. D in Bangalore. Your rank should be around 1k-2k for grttget seat in this college. Try other options. 30 k rank is a good rank though , try some other colleges. Hope you get through.
