The candidate who has passed the higher secondary examination of the Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education, CBSE, or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto availability of seats and if other found ineligible. Semester-I examination under the CBCS shall be open to a candidate who has passed not less than one academic year proceeding to the year of qualifying Examination.
