Government B. Raghvendra Rao PG Science College, Bilaspur, was established in the year 1972 and is among the most respected and prestigious colleges in Chhattisgarh, India. This co-educational institute spreads over a campus of 30 acres and is an affiliated college that imparts a wide range of science programs. The institute has already been accredited to the National Assessment and Accreditation Council and has definitely made its presence felt in the domain of higher education. With a comprehensive student enrolment summing up to 1,851 and a faculty strength of 28, the college creates an environment fostering student academic growth. It has 32 courses under 6 degrees with numerous specialisations in the scientific disciplines for both undergraduates and postgraduates.
The institution boasts numerous and quality facilities that are set to cultivate the learning experience holistically. It has a library, which occupies 400 square meters and serves a large collection of resources. Moreover, it has a reading room that comfortably accommodates up to 50 students.
