The co-educational college at the moment anchors itself in Bangalore Karnataka and it occupies 6.25 acre. Being an affiliated college, GPC Bangalore is the member of PCI, that is Pharmacy Council of India and provides quality education in the particular filed of pharmacy. Institute has 6 course within 3 degree programmes with focus on multiple areas in pharmaceutical sciences.     Government Pharmacy College provide students with enabling environment that would foster their maximum development. It performs an information centre, which contains a wide ranging array of publications and documents in the field of pharmacy. Modern instruments are installed in sophisticated laboratories to give practical knowledge in several pharmaceutical methods. The college also provided with an auditoriums for holding events and seminars and encourages the intellectual discussion. In order to cater for the needs of the sex-sensitive students, there are different waiting rooms for boys and girls. There are provisions for play grounds/open air courts which may be used in conditioning the physical health of the students and most importantly the group exercise area. It helps the college’s IT structure to keep students aware of the latest development in the technology of the field. Also, we have hostel for boy students staying in Bangalore and for students coming from other towns or cities to attend the university.

The D.Pharma and B.Pharma programmes admit 60 students each and the numbers for M.Pharma programmes are unclear.
