Government Polytechnic Bargarh was established in 2013 in district Chitrakoot with the central assistance of the Director of Technical Education (DTE) Uttar Pradesh. The lush green campus of the GP Bargarh is spread over 10 acres. All the courses of the GP Bargarh are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE New Delhi) and affiliated with the Council of Technical Education Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow (BTEUP). Government Polytechnic Bargarh courses include a diploma in the engineering domain.
