• Candidates must meet the required GP Bargarh specified diploma eligibility criteria 

• Candidates should fill out the Government Polytechnic diploma admission form by entering all the required details

• Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the qualifying exam and in the relevant entrance test

• Candidates will have to appear for counselling and document verification

• Copy of provisional admission letter (Issued by JEECUP)

• Joint Entrance Exam admit card

• All receipts of fee deposited in Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow

• High school mark sheet (Original and one self-attested)

• Original copy of Intermediate mark sheet and certification (one self-attested)

• Marksheet of ITI/BA/B.Sc./B.Com and other examinations and Original copy of the certificate and one self-attested photocopy

• Reserved category certificate

• Certificate related to sub-category

• Latest income certificate

• Latest residence certificate issued by the competent authority

• Character certificate

• Transfer certificate/ TC issued by the last institution (in original)

• Medical certificate by GOVT. Hospital/ CMO/ CMS (in original)

• Affidavit of gap period on the prescribed format (If applicable)

• Four color passport size photographs as uploaded in the Joint Entrance Examination application form

• Anti-Ragging Affidavit in the specified format

• Two envelopes of 10x5 inch size, each having postage stamp of Rs. 25/- affixed
