36 MonthsDiploma in Civil Engineering is a three-year, full-time course offered by the Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Aizawl, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Eligibility Criteria
The student who has passed HSLC with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in Maths & Science and also passed in both Maths & Science separately.
Admission Details
1. Candidates have to write the Diploma Entrance Examination(DEE).
2. DEE Forms are usually issued in March, and the Diploma Entrance Examination is conducted in April every year by the Directorate of Technical Education.
3. Selection of candidates is done purely based on the result of the Entrance Examination.
4. Only those Candidates who have scored a minimum of 35% in the Diploma Entrance Examination shall be eligible for selection.
5. Selection of Candidates to a Diploma program is done as per the candidate's position in the merit list and availability of seats in the Diploma Program(s) of His/Her stated preference(s).
6. Naga Indigenous Inhabitants of the State shall be accorded first preference for selection. Inhabitants of the State, Children of non-Naga State Govt.employees, Central Govt./Agency employees serving in the State as per merit in DEE.
