Government Science College Sikar (GSC SIKAR) as one of the oldest fundamental college was established in 1954. This affiliated college is established in Sikar, Rajasthan and has been building scientific talents for nearly 7 decades now. It has total student strength of 2503 and has 30 faculties, it has diverse science in under graduate and post graduate programs in sikar. The college is relatively gendered split – 81% of the college students targets the undergraduates and 19% targets post graduates. GSC Sikar strongly believes in providing quality education to society and offers 8 courses in 2 levels of degrees to nurture specialisations in the field of science.

The college boasts of its infrastructural development in ensuring appropriate learning environment with adequate facilities to meet students instructional and developmental needs. The then newly introduced and GSC promoted courses in Sikar range from science programs and embraces both the Undergraduate programmes and Post Graduate programmes. The college offers full time course in various multidiscipline where total admission capacity for the students is 2256 for all courses. The undergraduate packages are B.Sc Maths Group and B.Sc Bio Group and the postgraduate courses are M.Sc in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology.
