      Government Science College, Sikar, is one of the oldest fundamental colleges established in 1954 in Sikar, Rajasthan. For the last almost seven decades, it has been offering a variety of science programmes at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The Government Science College admission process in the Government Science College is open for all and on a merit basis, while more specific admissions are to be made to students from the state.       B.Sc Programme: GSC Sikar provides two core undergraduate programmes:

      • B.Sc Maths Group: Approved intake for this course is 528 students.
      • B.Sc Bio Group: Approved intake for this course is 264 students.

      Government Science College M.Sc Admission Process

      M.Sc Programmes: Many postgraduate programmes are transferred to different sciences. They are as follows:

      • M.Sc Mathematics: Approved intake of 60 students.
      • M.Sc Zoology (m.sc in zoology): Approved intake for 50 students.
      • M.Sc Botany (M.Sc. in Botany): Approved intake of 50 students.
      • M.Sc Physics (approved intake of 50 students).
      • M.Sc Chemistry (approved intake of 30 students). 
      • M.Sc Chemistry Self Finance: Approved intake of 20 students.
