The Graduate School of Management Studies is the prime constituent of Gujarat Technological University, located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This constituent college came into being in 2018 but has achieved a lot in the fame regarding Management Education in its surrounding. Located near Visat Three Roads, along the Sabarmati-Koba Highway, Chandkheda, GSMS offers specialised management programs. The institute is approved by All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi, which means the institute keeps to the yardsticks of national educational standards. Having a total enrolment of 145 students and a faculty strength of 9, GSMS provides an ideal learning environment to would-be managers and entrepreneurs.

The facilities of GSMS are enough in number to make the life of students on campus more fulfilling and engaging for academics. Besides, the campus is fully equipped with separate boys' and girls' hostels to provide comfort to students who wish to stay on campus. Similarly, it ensures a well-stocked library, modern IT infrastructure, sports services to enhance academics, and extracurricular activities. Similarly, an auditorium provides a mutual place for seminars, events, and cultural programs to be held within the campus. The college has also provided a health centre with first-aid facilities to look after the health of the students. A cafeteria on the premises caters to both the hunger and the relaxation and social interaction of the students and the staff. 

GSMS currently offers four diverse courses: MBA International Business, MBA Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Venture Development, MPhil Business Management, PGD Digital Marketing. These programmes have been envisaged as full-time model with time spans of varying length-from one to two years, based on the course.

Admission procedure in GSMS differs with different programmes. Admission to the MBA International Business programme is made through Admission Committee for Professional Courses, Government of Gujarat. Selection here is based on performance of the candidate in the Common Management Admission Test and undergraduate academic record. Admission to the MBA in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Venture Development programme is governed by AICTE.
