Gramin Ayurved Mahavidyalaya Akola was established in the year of 1989. The GAM Akola has comprehensive facilities for teaching, limitless resources for medical and allied research, and also provides credible patient care.

GAM Akola offers 2 degree courses, including 1 undergraduate and 2 postgraduate courses. Gramin Ayurved Mahavidyalaya courses are in full-time mode only. UG course offered at Gramin Ayurved Mahavidyala is BAMS and PG courses are MD (Kayachikitsa) and MS (Shalyatantra). Gramin Ayurved Mahavidyalaya courses are acknowledged and recognised by approving bodies like CCIM.
