GAM Akola BAMS Admission Process

• The BAMS course at Gramin Ayurved Mahavidyalaya (GAM) Akola has a total duration of 5½ years, which includes 4½ years of academic study followed by a 1-year compulsory internship.

• After successfully completing the course, students are awarded the degree of BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) by the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik.

• To take admission in the BAMS course, students need to meet the eligibility criteria and require a valid MH-CET/NEET entrance examination.

• Documents need to be submitted for verification.

• Lastly, pay the fees for the course to finalise admission.

• Candidates must appear for and qualify for the AIAPGET examination.

• Admission is conducted as per the rules and regulations laid down by the competent authority.

• Eligible candidates participate in the centralised counselling process as notified by the authority.

• Seats are allotted based on AIAPGET rank, category, and availability of seats.

• Selected candidates must complete document verification within the prescribed time limit.

• After successful verification and fee payment, final admission is confirmed.
