Gulab Mahavidyalaya, founded in 1999 at Sandi, Hardoi district of U.P.,is an affiliated college. The programmes have been gradually expanding on this compact campus of 2.483 acres with the following organisational structure. Currently, it has 328 learners and has 20 faculty members, and the college always has a favourable ratio of learners per faculty member, allowing for individual attention to every learner. Gulab Mahavidyalaya provides 7 specialisation of different types of 3 degree programmes under both under graduate and post graduate level. 

Gulab Mahavidyalaya gladly boasts of well-facilitated facilities that aims to improve the learning provision to the students of this college. Developed for these purposes are numerous facilities, of which there is a vast and varied collection of books in each category in a large reading hall equipped with a qualitative book library. Common study hall, library embodies learning resources centre that provide a wide range of educational information and promote intellectual enlightenment of students. For those persons who have the enthusiasm for the sport activities and games, the college has a large sports ground including hall for indoor as well as outdoor games. Due to this emphasis on extra curriculum through once in a while tour programmes students benefit in their overall development.

There are in total 7 courses offered at the Gulab Mahavidyalaya and all the programmes are based on full time. The courses are given both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, which gives many opportunities for students to choose to follow courses of their preference. At undergraduate level the college provides facilities for Students offering Bachelor of Arts (BA) and two Branches of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Biology Group and Math group.
