    Guru Nanak College for Women, Banga founded in 1969 is affiliated college located at Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar, Punjab. This women’s only college campus is spread in an area of 5 acres and is accredited with the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Providing flexibility, the college has 14 courses across 10 different degree programmes to fit most students’ educational focus. With a strength of 336 in total and 23 in faculty, the college is delighted to maintain a fairly good student-teacher ratio. It offers courses in a wide range of discipline including Art, Commerce, Computer Applications, Vocational, etc., that nurtures all female students of the institution.

    Guru Nanak College for Women, Banga has available incentives for students to create effective teaching and learning environment and personal development of a student. This is standalone library that provides academic materials floors of books stocked at 25,976 volumes of books on various categories and the library has added only 784 volumes in the last three years.
