The college has a library facility for all students.  The library is the most important section of every educational institute. Our Institutional Library is computerized and equipped with a large and good collection of books, and also provides the facility of the book bank. The Institutional Library has books related to the course offered by our institute. Apart from the books, our library has magazines, journals, and other current study materials like Video Cassettes, CD-ROMs, which are also available for the readers or users. The Library Information Services play a crucial role in teaching and learning activities and provide the main source for individual reading and study. The institute provides textbooks to the students right from the beginning of the session. The students can keep these books for the whole semester. Even after passing out from the Institute, a student can avail himself of the library facility at Hari Om Shiv Om College of Education, alumni at the nominal charges to be fixed by the Alumni Society. The relationship with the library and the Institution is a continuing affair of the students.

The college has a department-based laboratory facility for the students. 

Science Lab:- 

Hari Om Shiv Om College of Education has well equipped  Science Lab, which gives the students the opportunity to practice for future citizens who have a scientific outlook.

Language Lab:- 

Language Lab. of College has 17 headphones & 17 mikes with2 consoles & 1 recorder to improve the linguistic skills of the students. As language is the means of communication that must be very clear and precise, especially in the case of teachers.  

Fine Arts Lab:-

It displays the creative work of the students, which they (P.Ts) have to further carve out for their students.
The college Fine Arts Lab is equipped with the equipment for making paper machines in the recycling of waste paper, and interior decoration for classroom & campus beautification.

Educational Technology Lab:-

The Lab is constructed to teach the students how to include technology in Education & make them adaptive in their skills to handle the various equipment so as to build modern teachers.

Psychology Lab:- 

Psychology achieves the aims of education and modifies the behavior of the pupils after testing.  

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. Computers are not something alien anymore; they are a way of life. No successful manager of an entrepreneur can survive without fully utilizing the potential and speed that is given through computerization. That is why Hari Om Shiv Om College of Education has created the most optimum and advanced computer center. All the computers are connected via a Local Area Network. The hardware configuration of the computer center includes Pentium IV processors and is equipped with the latest version of software, and provides internet connectivity round the clock to students on a totally cost-free basis. The college has sports facilities for all students. The on-campus facilities for indoor & outdoor sports include Table Tennis, Carom Board, Chess, Hand Ball, Volley Ball, and Track & Field Athletic Events, Cricket, and Badminton. The Institute supports the Students' Sport Club and is achieving considerable success in the expansion of intramural and recreational programmes. The Institute can offer advice on personal fitness programmes and conducts a series of regular fitness assessments. After screening the cream of talents, Hari Om Shiv Om College of Education organizes competitions with other Institutes from time to time to realize the potential sports from house competitions.
