The college has a library facility for all students. The library is the most important section of every educational institute. Our Institutional Library is fully computerized and equipped with a large and good collection of books, and also provides the facility of the book bank. The Institutional Library has books related to all the courses offered by our institute. Apart from the books, our library has the magazine, journals, and other current study materials like Video Cassettes, CD-ROMs, which are also available for the readers or users.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students. College canteen in a spacious 380.80 sq. ft. Mt. area fully meets the needs of students from eatables to consumables & stationery.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. Computers are not something alien anymore; they are a way of life. No successful manager of an entrepreneur can survive without fully utilizing the potential and speed that is given through computerization. That is why Haryana College of Education has created the most optimum and advanced computer center. All the computers are connected via a Local Area Network. The hardware configuration of the computer center is Pentium IV processors and is equipped with the latest version of the software, and provides internet connectivity round the clock to students on a totally cost-free basis.

The college has sports facilities for all students. The on-campus facilities for indoor & outdoor sports include Table Tennis, Carom Board, Chess, Hand Ball, Volley Ball, Gym,m and Track & Field Athletic Events. The Institute supports the Students' Sport Club and is achieving considerable success in the expansion of intramural and recreational programs.

The College Medical Facility. An institution dispensary is provided on the campus and is manned by the medical officers to provide free medical care to all the students and nearby residents. The college arranges various vaccination campuses regularly, and students receive regular physical checkups and routine tests.
