The College has a well-stocked and computerized library is the heart of Haryana College of Education. Amply spaced, heat & clean well-placed shelves stocked with books easily accessible to students, and bar-coding systems make it the students' favorite place to pore over knowledge. Not only texts by world-renowned authors, and general books of education to be found here, but also several reference books, encyclopedias, magazines, and journals find a pride of place here. The College provides students with a current awareness service, photocopy service, SDI service (on demand), WiFi Internet facility, and the best sound atmosphere to read and learn. Library automation is in progress using Library automation Software named NGL3.0.4

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students. The College has developed a state-of-the-art educational technology laboratory. It has been housed with an LCD projector, slides, transparencies, a television set, a DVD player slide projector, a Green Board, and Raw Material for preparing fresh slides and transparencies with the computer.
