Hashmatrai and Gangaram Himathmal Mansukhani Institute of Management, also known as HGHM Institute of Management, is located in Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra, India. It was founded in 2005 by the All India Council for Technical Education and has been offering its co-educational management education through this affiliated college. The institute is spread over a 16-acre campus with a total student enrolment of 117 and 7 faculty members. The HGHM Institute of Management offers two-degree courses, namely Master of Management Studies (MMS) and Ph.D. in Management, which aims to help build business leaders and future researchers.

Hashmatrai and Gangaram Himathmal Mansukhani Institute of Management, provided with all the modern facilities to support the academic programmes. HGHM Institute of Management runs two full-time courses: a 2-year Master of Management Studies and a 6-year Ph.D. in Management. The MMS program has an intake of 120 approved seats in the programme, and the Ph.D. program opens the way for further advanced research on management studies. 

The admission procedure in HGHM Institute of Management is different for different programmes. The institute accepts scores of national-level entrance examinations like CMAT and ATMA for admission to the MMS programme.
