HDF School of Management is a recognised school situated in Cuttack, Odisha, and was founded in 2007. Being located at Naranpur, Belgachhia, this co-educational institute has been unfolding the future of management education for more than a decade. Actually, specific ranking data is missing; however, the desire of an institute for quality education can indeed be judged by its offerings. The foundation has employed 18 committed employees on the faculty of the School of Management to offer special focus to scholars. At present, there is only one 2-year programme offered in the institute, which is the Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with an approved intake capacity of 120.

HDF School of Management has various facilities that aim at improving the quality of the students. These include the provision of separate hostels for boys and girls and the provision of comfortable accommodation for students who come from distant regions. A modern library to provide for the academic and research needs of students, within and outside the college. For people that have interest in sports, exercises and physical body development, the college provides a sports facility. The institute also has well-equipped computerised facilities, which are typical with technological developments in the area of management. Organised parties are held at an auditorium that is located at the camp by the company as well as guest speakers to the company. Thus, to make the facility more comfortable for travellers, transport facilities are offered by the institute. Finally, an active Alumni Association plays an important role in the association of former and current students, enhancing opportunities in networking and career progression.

As for the present, HDF School of Management has only one full-time programme named as the postgraduate diploma in management (PGDM). This Senior Course is a two-year course that aims at preparing students for the challenges posed by the modern business world management. The institute has an approved capacity to take 120 students for this programme which points to the fact that it has the capacity to produce a good number of managers to meet the market demand in the future. 

The primary admission for HDF School of Management’s PGDM is based on the following Tests MCET, MHT CET, CAT/XAT/CMAT, and presents the opportunities to candidates for the managerial role. However, finer details regarding admission procedure and examination schedule are still unavailable; basically, most of the management institutes take students through national-level tests like CAT, XAT or MAT followed by GD and PI.
