Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Government Post Graduate College, Khatima, was established in the year 1988. It is an affiliated college located in Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand. This government-run institution has a campus of 5 acres and imparts diversified learning through 17 courses in 8 degree programs. This NCTE-approved college has a total student strength of 3,258 backed by a faculty strength of 37 committed educators. The college enjoys the reputation of having a passion for imparting quality education. It enables a multitude of under-graduate and post-graduate courses in arts, sciences, commerce, and education. 

The college has provided a range of facilities to enhance the learning experience of its students. The campus provides facilities like a well-stacked library managed at the core by the Department of Education.
