BA + B.Ed is an undergraduate dual-degree program which is of a total of 4 years.
As you have not mentioned the College or city name I cannot tell you the CET entrance date .
The minimum eligibility to pursue the BA + B.Ed program is to pass 10+2

what is fee structure for B.ed 1st as well as second year
The fee structure varies from college to college, institute to institute, and state to state depending upon various factors. But I can give you some general idea. The general fees for a two year B. B. B.ed programme will be around 20,000-25,000.
