1. Has passed 10 + 2 examination in C.G. or its equivalent examination recognized by Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Sciences & Ayush University of Chhattisgarh
2. Registered under the State Nursing Council.
3. Passed GNM with 55% aggregate marks.
4. Member of TNAI.
5. Age limit 45 years.
6. Medically fit and possess good moral character.
7. The candidate must appear for entrance test conducted by C.G. Vyapam.
