ICFAI Business School, Kolkata (IBS Kolkata) was established in 1995. It is a constituent college of ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE). It is a private co-educational institute. IBS Kolkata is one of the 9 campuses of ICFAI Business School which are located in Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Pune, Jaipur and Dehradun. It was established under Deemed-to-be University Section 3 of the University Grants Commission (UGC) Act, 1956. The institute has several clubs and committees for the students through which they can participate in social service activities. ICFAI Business School Kolkata also provides many facilities to the students and staff such as sports, library, cafeteria, classrooms, auditorium, etc. Placement opportunities are also provided to the students through IBS Career Management Centre. Students of IBS Kolkata can also avail scholarships offered by the UGC.

IBS Kolkata Courses and Fees

IBS Kolkata provides PGPM course. The duration of the IBS Kolkata course is 2 years. To apply for Post Graduate Programme in Management students must have a graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks with English as a medium of instruction. ICFAI Business School Kolkata course is offered in the full-time study mode. IBS Dehradun course fees for the PGPM programme is Rs. 9.09 lakhs.

IBS Kolkata Admissions

Students willing to take admission to IBS Kolkata PGPM programme should meet the eligibility criteria. Eligible candidates have to appear for the entrance examination CAT/ NMAT/ GMAT/ SNAP/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ CET (Maharashtra) and any other State Level Test with valid scores. In case they have not appeared for in the above mentioned exams, they must apply and appear for the IBSAT exam conducted by ICFAI Business School and qualify it. IBS Kolkata Scholarships

Students can avail IBS Business School Kolkata scholarships on the basis of CAT, XAT, NMAT and GMAT scores. Furthermore,  students aspiring for ICFAI Business School Kolkata can also apply for the scholarship at the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) given by the University Grants Commission (UGC). To apply for the scholarship students must check the eligibility criteria. IBS Kolkata scholarships are offered to needy and meritorious students. Some of the UGC scholarships are PG Indira Gandhi Scholarship for Single Girl Child, PG Scholarship Scheme for SC/ST Students for Pursuing Professional Courses, Ishan Uday - Special Scholarship Scheme for North Eastern Region and PG Scholarship for University Rank Holders (Ist and IInd Rank Holders).

• PG Indira Gandhi Scholarship for Single Girl Child: Rs. 36,200 will be awarded to the girl student whose age is not more than 30 years and who is pursuing a full-time 1st year PG programme.

• Ishan Uday - Special Scholarship Scheme for North Eastern Region: Students' family income should not be more than Rs. 4.5 lakhs and the candidates should be a domicile of NER and pursuing a full-time professional course. Students who meet the eligibility criteria will be awarded Rs. 7,800 per month.
