Indian Institute of technical training School of nursing Samba, which was established in 2009 and it is situated in Kartholi Dassal Bari Brahamna Jammu. This school is a co-educational and occupies total area of 3 acres of land and provides the following types of nursing programmes. The institute which has strength of 185 students enrolment and has faculty of 15 members ensures a competitive learning experience to the students and faculty of health care industry. Currently, the institute teaches two flagship nursing courses and offers three diplomas to cater for all the different areas in the health sector.

Nursing and three diplomas. The GNM course takes three years while the ANM course takes two years. Further, it provides diploma in Nutrition and Health Education, Early Child and Education and Nursing Administration.
