Indira Institute of Diploma Engineering, Solapur, was established in the year 2011 and is a well-known technical institute located on the Solapur-Barshi Highway, Maharashtra. This affiliated college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and it provides courses of a diploma in different fields of engineering. Having a total student strength of 293 and a faculty strength of 28, the environment for learning and faculty development is focused. The institute provides five diploma courses for engineering aspirants in various engineering niches, apart from providing various engineering certification courses, including the day diploma courses, which take three years to complete. 

Indira Institute of Diploma Engineering (Polytechnic), Solapur, is affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE), Mumbai, and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Indira Institute of Diploma Engineering has many amenities that are intended to complement its students’ learning process and environment. The library is an information centre that focuses on offering students all the necessary materials for academic work.
