Indo-American College of Nursing founded in the year 2006 aim at being one of the leading colleges for nursing in Hyderabad, Telangana. This affiliated college is located in the middle of the city’s Banjara Hills area on a tiny 1-acre plot of land and recognized by the INC to deliver quality nursing courses. It is a women’s only institute and competition is less in this institute for the students who want to become a nurse. The college has a total of 251 students and a teaching staff of 29; thus, the college has a splendid students/faculty ratio, which implies more attention will be given to students.

Many facilities have been established in Indo-American College of Nursing with an aim of improving students learning and overall development. Library is stocked with all kind of books and journals to support students, faculty and staff A well-equipped laboratory is a prerequisite for any nursing school to practice on technology that they encounter in the real world. The campus has well equipped modern Information Technology facilities and the students can therefore continue practicing with modern facilities in the health sector. In as much as the college provides for physical fitness and recreation the facilities that are available include a sports hall and a sports gym. An auditorium is available for different events, and seminars that contribute to students’ out-of-class activities. The campus furthermore has the cafeteria, guest accommodation, and separate hostel accommodations for the girls’ interactive and conducive learning atmosphere. There is also a health center that offers first aid unit to students asserting to the colleges concern to the health of students.

Indo-American College of Nursing currently offers one full-time course: the B.Sc Nursing programme. This four year Undergraduate Degree has an approved intake capacity of fifty only, which shows the institutes readiness to provide quality education rather than going for the large number intakes. 

On the admission procedure, Indo-American College of Nursing provides admissions to the candidate only on the basis of merit list of the respective courses that the candidate has appeared for the intermediate (10+2) examinations.
