Indraprastha Institute of Management and Technology is an affiliated college, established in the year 2009, situated in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The total area of the institute is 7.57 acres. The institute imparts various types of courses/programmes available on different campuses. This institute has been approved by AICTE, PCI, and NCTE. With a total student enrolment of 785 and a faculty strength of 51, IIMT provides an atmosphere congenial for academic growth. The institute offers 19 courses in 9 degree programs in specialisations such as engineering, management, pharmacy, and education.

Indraprastha Institute of Management and Technology has a whole array of facilities to further enrich the student experience. There are separate boys' and girls' hostels that provide comfortable accommodation with all the essential amenities. A well-stocked library acts as the knowledge centre and contains more than 100,000 books and 336 journals and periodicals subscribed to. To facilitate the overall growth of students, IIMT offers sports facilities, a gymnasium, and an auditorium for various cultural programmes. A health centre with first-aid facilities is also available on campus to take care of the student's health. The courses offered in this institute are numerous, with 19 different full-time courses at various levels.  Diploma courses in engineering fields are also available at IIMT, and the institute offers programs in management, commerce, sciences, arts, education, pharmacy, and physical education. They offer B.Tech in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication, Information Technology, and the list continues.  

The admission procedure in IIMT is different for different courses. B.Tech admission is based on merit, which is calculated according to the marks obtained in the qualifying examination or entrance test as per the state government/University policies. This B.Ed. course is based on a merit-based system. The marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or Entrance Examination may be taken into consideration.
