Ph.D. Industrial Design programme shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years offered by Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
MA or equivalent degree with 55% marks (50% marks of SC/ST) and with exceptionally
outstanding design related work.
Such candidates should have valid CEED score. Candidates with a minimum three years of
relevant professional experience without CEED score can also be considered, but will not be
eligible for TA/TAP/RA/RAP.
