Innovation The Business School, Khurdia, Odisha is an independent B-school that is delivering knowledge and shaping future managers since 2009. Set in a small plot of land of area 2 acres, this is a co-educational institution that provides a concentrated study programmes stream for management education. Approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the school is strived to become a premier institution of postgraduate management education.

Innovation The Business School boasts of offering the following variety of facilities in order to improve the experience of each learner. It has claimed dormitory facilities for males as well as females so out station students can feel relaxed and comfortable in hostel. Modern academic resources such as a functional library, which is a storehouse of information and technology, improves the flow of information to the students through modern technological facilities. Sports enthusiasts can access accommodation for physical fitness facilities in order to maintain social work-life balance. The college also includes a cafeteria for students to take meals and a place for them to sit and have conversations. To help students and staff with transport issues, a transport facility is available. The classrooms are constructed to support formative learning and a Training and Placement Cell actively engages in overcoming the gap between theory and practice.

At present, Innovation The Business School only has the programme of Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). This is a full-time two year course with an approved annual admission capacity of sixty students and thus the institute is keen to make sure a better student-faculty ratio. The course of PGDM is planned in such a way that students are able to manage themselves in the professional business world.

Innovation The Business School admits students in a competitive and rigorous manner. The candidate obtaining one or any of the following national level management entrance tests: CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA or OJEE  will be eligible for admisision.
