The college was established in 1955. IASE Bilaspur is a Government university affiliated to Atal Bihari Vajpayee Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur. The college offers courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level. IASE, Bilaspur UG courses include B.Ed, students aspiring admissions in B.Ed program must have Bachelor’s Degree and the Master’s Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Humanity, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks from a recognised board. All the courses are offered in full time mode only. The college also offered PG courses. IASE, Bilaspur PG course include M.Ed. IASE Bilaspur admissions for PG courses are offered to anyone who have obtained at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in B.Ed, BA B.Ed, B.ScB.Ed, B.El.Ed, D.El.Ed with an undergraduate degree. The college offers various facilities to the students. IASE Bilaspur facilities include separate hostel rooms, a well-stocked library, modern classrooms, cafeteria and many more.
