For admission in IHM PUSA or any other IHM you need 50% in your class 12th then only you're eligible for exam.Also you have to crack entrance exam of IHM that is NCHMCT JEE for B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Management.

The Institute of Hotel Management, Bangalore conducts their own admission test called Nation Council Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination (NCHMCT JEE). The cutoff for  this college of 2019 was:

• General- 871 Rank
• SC/ST- 8938 Rank

IHM Bangalore offers admission through NCHMCT JEE score. Rank varies every year. Last year's cutoff was 871rank for general category,5737 for OBC and 8938 for SC/ST candidate.

According to your rank, chances are less to get a seat in IHM Mumbai. Chances seem to be there to get admission in IHM Srinagar, IHM Meerut.

According to your rank, chances seem to be less of getting a seat in IHM Kolkata. You  might have got a seat in other institute.

Also, according to the counseling process, Candidates, who could not report within the specified period to the Reporting Center on allotment, their allotted seat would be cancelled and they would not be considered for seat allotment in the 2nd round of counselling. However such candidates will be eligible for 3rdand final round.
